somehow despite having 600+ ratings there are only 66 actual reviews on this item. must be mostly international
A lot of the actual recent reviews are Paid Vine Voice
Numerous reviews are for LIGHTNING cables...so this is a re-used Amazon listing. Super sketchy practice done by sketchy sellers. once they get good reviews on a listing they start swapping in other/new items to coast on the ratings.
I don't see the "3 in 1" aspect of a cable with 1 adapter head. it's a USB C cable that can be an A to C cable.

As of this writing there are a half dozen matches for 240W usb cables on vine.
One sneaky technique these new sellers do, is they list dozens of the same thing on vine, and will go with the listing that gets the most positive reviews. I guess they have a way of merging just the favorable vine listings.
