That's inaccurate. I just returned a different set of Nomatic luggage purchased through Costco Next. The email instructions for returns state that you can return items to your nearest store.

I own thing from the last deal. It's a good pack with a few design flaws. Overall it's a great pack at this price.

I ordered it a few days ago, the 20L but haven't gotten any shipping notification and can't seem shipping or tracking on any of the Costco sites. Not the regular, the Next or the Nomatic site, weird.

I've ordered several times from Nomatic on Costco Next. You should receive an order confirmation immediately. Then another e-mail with tracking information a few days later. check your spam folder for "Nomatic Costco Next"

I own a lot of backpacks and bags from high end companies like Peak Design, Wandrd etc and now this will be my next one. The bags tend to be much higher quality with lot of features and have a more professional look. Also most tend to cater to people who use and carry high end camera and video gear. I love my Peak Design 20L for traveling but I also love my Marmot backpack too. Watch some video on this though, this is a more dedicated travel backpack and the 20L for sure expands which is nice. I will see how it does on a trip to NYC and Florida in the upcoming weeks.

I got it last time it was on sale and I love it. Excellent quality materials, very sturdy, with lots of pockets, protections for laptop/tablet and very practical. I get complimented about it frequently.
