thats not true, i know my pristine condition Iphone 12 pro 256gb unlocked is not worth $250. I would rather sell it on Ebay and even after the fees and shipping costs i would net around $400.

Interestingly Amazon is offering me more trade in than Apple. My 12 64gb is worth $220 to Apple but $265 to Amazon. That plus the difference in price between the new Apple 14 and refurb Amazon 14 makes it $279 vs $479. Whether the AppleCare and battery life is worth that is up to you I guess

Yes, it's much better since they use the same chip and RAM. The only difference is that 14 uses a 60hz, 800 nits display while 13 Pro uses a 120hz Pro Motion with 1000 nits display. Also forgot to add 13 Pro deal is lot cheaper.

The seller was so lazy they used a picture of an iPhone 13, the 14 has a dynamic island and not a notch. The conversation here reminds me of what Flossy Carter says. That instead of getting the newer standard or Plus model of phone to get the previous years Pro model. The cameras package and screen are better the battery life is no worse than the same.

I went to the Best Buy, Costco and Apple sites. Apple was higher in each case. My IPhone 13 mini was $ 320, and my IPhone 13 was $ 365. The readers of these comments can check. I wouldn't sell on any site where I may get nothing for the phone. Good luck on EBay. The Apple stores, as well as their outlet sales, sells all phones with new batteries. My friend recently ordered one, a refurbished 12, from Amazon. Battery under 90%. Many getting these phones complain they are not getting genuine Apple bands. A buyer of an Ultra got a cheap band, not the $ 99 band that comes with the new Apple Watch. Not a new battery, generic band. Does wiping it with a cloth constitute refurbishment?

For amazon, you also need to pay attention to the grade. The 14 is Renewed Premium which comes with a 1 yr (365 day) return policy, so as good as apple 1 yr warranty. This also comes with a battery that has 90% or better and no visible scratches on screen.

The 13 is Renewed is Refurbished - Excellent, with 90 day return and battery 80% or better.
