Amount off doesn't have anything to do with whether a deal is great or not. This laptop has been out for 2+ years and has been this price on Costco months ago. It's also only $20 more on Amazon from 3rd party sellers (so you can get another 5%/$50 off if you use Amazon's credit card to make it even cheaper). This would be a great deal at $800.

Sweet sized laptop with a beautiful display. Excellent keyboard with below-average sound. Open box at Best Buy (only 16 gb of RAM) has hit the $700 range. Highly recommend the computer- just not at this price.

Good looking out. 2 year allstate warranty - mixed reviews on that here. Have gotten aftermarket accessories from buys like this in the past but still tempted. Best buy open box has little warranty unless you pay for it putting a damper on the deal.
