EDIT: Ok ok. My bad. "Jobber" means something COMPLETELY different in every other industry. It means someone or something that works "job-to-job". Not as in they move employment, but rather they only look forward one job at a time. Make the sale, buy the parts for that one job, complete said job, look for the next sale. No inventory kept on-hand. So someone might refer to that person as a jobber. OR sometimes parts that are sold in bulk, are bundled together specifically to do one complete install at a time. That would be a jobber pack.

"Jobber" means you use a new one every single job. AKA it dulls quickly.
This is absolutely not what "jobber" means in context to drill bits. Jobber is a specific design/size category for drill bits which has nothing to do with the longevity of the bit.
