EDIT: QVC cancelled the order. Definitely chose single payment and QVC cancellation email said I chose 4 payment option which isn't available for that item. Now the $20 new customer doesn't apply.

Update: Reordered with a new account to get the 20 off. Couldn't use the same card but a non issue. Noticed that the default payment method selected is 4 payments but I am pretty certain I changed it on the first order to single pay. It either defaulted back to 4 payments for some reason or I didn't change it. So far, second order hasn't been cancelled where the first one was cancelled within 4 minutes of order.

Another Update: Second order was silently cancelled. No email from QVC informing me or telling me why. IDK, seems like false advertising to me.

Had same issue. Had to go back into billing options and change to single payment. Not sure why they push that so hard.
