Update: Reordered with a new account to get the 20 off. Couldn't use the same card but a non issue. Noticed that the default payment method selected is 4 payments but I am pretty certain I changed it on the first order to single pay. It either defaulted back to 4 payments for some reason or I didn't change it. So far, second order hasn't been cancelled where the first one was cancelled within 4 minutes of order.
Another Update: Second order was silently cancelled. No email from QVC informing me or telling me why. IDK, seems like false advertising to me.
