I have bought several and each of them have come unlocked out of the box WITHOUT having to wait 60 days. It seems to be like that with this phone only- every other phone requires 60 days of service before you can unlock it.

Yes, I have bought several and they come unlocked out of the box without having to wait 60 days. When I put in #TFUNLOCK# it says device unlocked and doesn't ask for unlock codes.
