Found this deal this morning when I looked for the Prime Sampler deal shared a couple of months ago. I actually prefer this sampler as it has no mild cigars.

Oliva Prime Time Intro Vol.2 Sampler contains:
2 x Oliva Serie V Torpedo (6"x56)
2 x Oliva Serie V Melanio Torpedo (6.5"x52)
2 x Oliva Serie O Natural Torpedo (6.5"x52)
2 x Oliva Master Blends 3 Torpedo (6.5"x52)
2 x Free Will Box-Pressed Toro Grande (6.5"x52)

Would this one for $20 ($25 with a lighter) that includes series G be a good deal?

As far as a "deal" goes, that depends on what you like. the Prime sampler has more of the "heavy" flavor and complexity, whereas the sampler you linked to has some of the lighter flavors.

Take that "lighter" flavors with a grain of salt; you get a great variety with this set.
You get the MB3, which has a an interesting history- and it isn't a slouch. Its bolder than its smoothness would indicate. As with anything, variety is good, and the MB3 is considered by many to be in the same title weight class as the Olivia V Milano.

The Ct reserve, is a great stick, and getting in the sampler is more affordable than getting it individually from CP. Oliva has a good shareholding in CP, so they give you some crazy deals. the CT to me is a bit of a throw back to the late 90's/2000.

The O I believe (don't quote me) is all Nicaraguan.

The O maduro I think is underrated- Its worth trying, if you like a a more peaty earthly flavor, and a touch of dark chocolate sweetness, this is worth having at least once.

the G is the lightest of the three (other than the CT). It actually uses a real african camaroon wrapper. A lot of wrappers say "camaroon" but really, what makes camaroon a camraoon? Its the same seed but grown in africa. Take the seed from africa and planting it in Nicaragua doesn't make it a camaroon anymore. But many will still sell it that way.

You'd be hard pressed to find a deal like this else where, for 2 dollars a stick. The lighter is also pretty good, good amount of heft, rechargable torch with a built in punch. Well worth the 5 dollars extra.
