They obviously messed up the formulation or put regular insulation foam into these cans.
I like some how some flipper scum has already bought a bunch and listed on Amazon for $8.
Also, the size of the can is weird. Says it's 12oz but its in a can the size of a 20oz.
UPDATE: I went and bought a few cans. I'll use them for foam packing casts.
I get why people are reviewing these poorly. It's just regular foam, not the low-expansion denser type of foam that I associate with window frames.
The cans are actually 12oz, not 20oz. The picture is just not accurate.
This is cheap foam. I would suggest using it for crack and maybe indoor plumbing insulation fill, and packing, but not doors and frames. This stuff is on clearance for a reason.
FYI, for cleanup, use cheap acetone (fingernail polish remover) from Wal-Mart. Squirt a tiny amount down the spray nozzle and tube and it all just melts out.
UPDATE 2: I just discovered all of my cans have an expiration date of May 2024. See my comment on page 3 regarding that.
