I'm thinking will have to be really lucky to see those prices again outside of Black Friday.

Of you need something now, this is a pretty solid price.
Nope I saw in January a series x on woot for 310$. It was there for a few days in stock

Link? "In your imagination" doesn't count. Maybe you're referencing the woot refurb deal that comes in and out of stock.
Literally just type Series X in Slickdeals. I would include a link but I'm on a phone so it's hard for me.

Is there any point in me buying an Xbox if have a good gaming PC that's already connected to my TV?

I can just get gamepass and run all the games on that right?
Yes, you can play split screen multiplayer. It's also extremely small so you can take it anywhere if u travel for example. If it was my choice I would not buy since I have a PC.

It really depends on the scenario

Bro chill, no one is claiming it's immediately available, but they're by no means mythical. That's what they were going for on BF but you had to be quick
Yeah. On BF the deal was there for 4+ days, I waiting like a week before I bought mine

As the games get more demanding this box is gonna take more compromises. But it's fine if you just play the cartoon online games
Consoles are like iPhones, no matter how old they get, software support continues. The OG Xbox one from 2013 was getting new releases until last year.

Os this the best $200ish device for retro emulation?
Yes but I personally don't see why you would need anything more than an Rapsberry Pi that's like 35$ for retro emulation. If your trying to emulate powerful consoles, your gonna be trouble shooting 10x more than actual playtime.

Believe me, I tried and I am pretty good with computers considering I have a software background. I'm just telling since I wanna help someone not waste time and money like I did.

Well shoot, can this do Flight Simulator? I only want it for that. But I'm sure I would play other games down the road.

Yup. My buddy has this system to play fortnite and it out does my GTX 1060 overclocked. I'd say it's similar to a GTX 1660

Yes but you'll have to pay $20 to activate dev mode. I still miss the time before Microsoft completely banned emulators on retail mode last year.
