Eventually send it back to Costco after over a year - they accepted a "special return" due to product malfunctions, even though they were all covered under warranty. It wasn't worth keeping anymore.
I have heard similar stories from my friends about their massage chairs- it's not just one company.
The fact that you can not get full extended warranty beyond 2-3 years from resellers is proof enough.
If you think the massages for 2-3 years only- if worth the money then go ahead and buy it.
