We have had this for a few years. Make sure you have enough room for it. Great place to nap
Does it come in multiple pieces so you can fit it into an office/bedroom? Our door is 29.5 inches wide, and it says this chair is 30.5 inches ....

I have a different Osaki from Target (although they look very very similar) and when it came it came in 2 pieces, the foot well comes off and is separate, but the rest of the machine is a single piece.

I bought an Osaki 3D Maxim chair from Costco in 2018 - the chair broke several times, from the leg air massaging not working, to the rollers up and down the back malfunctioning. The same repair tech came back and forth like 4x with parts and repairs. He even told me I am too heavy for the chair LOL

Eventually send it back to Costco after over a year - they accepted a "special return" due to product malfunctions, even though they were all covered under warranty. It wasn't worth keeping anymore.
This.
I have heard similar stories from my friends about their massage chairs- it's not just one company.
The fact that you can not get full extended warranty beyond 2-3 years from resellers is proof enough.

If you think the massages for 2-3 years only- if worth the money then go ahead and buy it.

Cheaper to get a "DeShawn Watson" type massage.
Only if you have enough money to cover up when you are done.

How does this compare to the OS-Champ, which seems to be selling for the same price thru Amazon?

That's pretty useful info. It looks like a much bigger jump in features from 2D to 3D than 3D to 4D.

Membership at a Planet Fitness for $25/month will grant you access to massage chairs and water massage hydro beds for over 6 years.

Yes, we understand it's not in your home, but an alternative option to consider in comparison to a massive capital purchase of over $2,000 excluding tax charges.

Your work may even give you an expense option for the $25/month in some cases.
