It's a good deal, but a weird bundle... why have the 20-60 when also including the 24-105... be prepared to sell one of them IMHO (probably the 20-60). I have the 20-60 (with the S5II vs. the S5, but same should apply) which is a great kit lens, but recently picked up the 24-105 on the $650 deal, and other than size, I can't think of a reason I would pick the 20-60 over the 24-105.

Since the 20-60 sells used for about $300, this deal is about $1700 for the S5 + 24-105. I picked up the S5II + 20-60 over the holidays for $1700, so selling the 20-60 for $300 = $1400, then $2050 after buying the 24-105. So it ends up being $350 more for the s5 vs. the s5II, which is IMHO worth it, but that depends on use case of course. I struggled with this decision before I picked up the S5II because the S5s were much cheaper then too... but decided that having PDAF, no dangly bits for the strap, and some of the other features that the S5II included.

Side note... I didn't know it when I picked up the 24-105 (about a 6 weeks ago) that the 28-200 was about to be released. While it isn't F4 across the focal length, that 28-200 looks like the sweet, compact, carry everywhere kind of lens that the L-mounts have been missing, that up till now the 24-105 was the best option for. Once the 28-200 is more broadly available, I am wondering if the 24-105 will be devalued a bit more... which explains these sale prices.

Just some stuff to think about... and another side note... as a cheaper option than the A7SIII, love this S5II, it's a beast!
