Bought it 1 months ago and returned right away.
Poor quality, one arm would not stay in position.

Returned mine. Couldn't hold my two 32" LGs or 34" Samsungs. Wobbles and tilts down.

This was 15 bucks last year. This is good when you have the same size monitors. I bought this last time but still sitting around. There is no way of changing height individually.

At that point just save the headache and put up another 10-15 bucks for desk clamp gas mounts.
I have the north bayou like ones dual stand (bought a while back) holds 2 24" with no issues and all the adjustments. Thank God.

Why wouldn't you buy one that mounts to a desk if you are going this route? C-Clamp the glass base and crack it or just have an edge clamp version and not have stability issues or bulky c-clamps sticking out.

First off... combined cost of this product plus a c clamp is still less than the one you are talking about. So "savings".

Second, tempered glass is very strong on its flat surface. They make tempered glass that can hold a dozen people standing on it, without breaking. This is because the heating process bonds the lattices of many layers of glass. All the weakness in tempered glass is around its EDGES (meaning a tap on the edge of the glass releases the energy though the glass breaking it). Tempered glass is as strong as metal on its flat surface. A c-clamp won't break it.
Whatever you want to think. It took me 20 seconds to search dual monitor mount and find this for $25 with a 10% off coupon on the page [amazon.com] Cleaner mount than a big glass footprint and c-clamps sticking over the edge, as cheap or cheaper than buying a c-clamp to hold it, and not a "Frequently returned item"

So FYI for those of you that keep making the statement about why would you use a flat desk mount instead of a C clamp attachment.

I have a large desk that DOES NOT have a lip on the back or the sides to clamp onto. My only option is to have it sit on the desk.

My desk is pretty big and doesn't really have an edge for a clamp, so i think i either need to drill into the desk or go freestanding. Is there something I can do with these to add stability? Other than a couple of 10 pound weights..

I never thought to invest in a monitor stand until I recently walked by my desk and accidently tipped over my 35" Ultrawide and while trying to save it killed the screen on the corner of my desk. After that I invested in a premium dual monitor mount. Drilled a small hole into my desk to clamp it through and I'm VERY HAPPY with the results. Don't cheap out here, and if your desk isn't facing a wall, I'd highly suggest a clamp or a drill through to attach the stand to your desk.

I have a big, heavy monitor. I went with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...UTF8&psc=1 as it has $35 off. Still $85 dollars, but I should never need another one.

I have this version hooked up with two 32in monitors. Works just fine. You just need to tighten all the bolts to hold the positions. So it is a bit difficult to adjust after setup. But it definitely strong enough to hold the monitors very steady. My desk is aligned to the wall, there is no desktop edge to hold the clamp, and I don't want to drill a hold on to desktop.
