That's what I do each time I go for other stuff. Check clearance end cap and a few other Ryobi tool spots and go.

I wonder how people run into these deals. What do you do, do you walk around the whole store when you visit? The only time when I visit the store is when I need something, I just grab what I need and leave.

Found this deal at my local HD. Was in with the other Ryobi battery's locked up. There were several packs all on sale for $70. Thanks for sharing the find!!!

It appears that the inventory is right. Right after I bought two, the number was reduced to 12 from 14. It is STL/Hanley store.

Walked all over the Port Huron store in the Ryobi and clearance sections, and just as was about to give up, found them sitting along the front wall. Shelf showed the $70 clearance price. Some had security tags on them while a couple of packages didn't. Got 2, father got an extra 10% off with military discount. 3 left.

Of course my store has these because I don't need them. Did find some good Ryobi dremmel accessories on clearance. Lots of clearance items in the hobby section.

Cool pick up one set for $70. the sales person said it was $99 but they were looking online not the store checker. then took it to the counter and rang up $70 and her face was like "oh wow". they had like 35 more left. that was in virginia beach Virginia, 23452. the store was the celebration store... i celebrated with new discounted HP batteries. $70 at the counter.
