It only took me 4-5 days to see the price lowered from $99 to 70. Good luck.
I would guess if they're in stock on BS at the store then they're either in the clearance section or would get moved there eventually. And the Clearance section is never in the same place at Home Depot.

Check for stores with low inventory. May be possible clue that those are $70.
