It's called clear because it is transparent, watery, etc. instead of milky. What does it have to do with the sweetener?

Dug around, a few new (to me) clear whey products on sale.

Meal replacement is $8.74 for 14 servings, limit 5
Thermogenic watermelon and thermo peach mango 20 servings, didn't see a limit, $10.44 each
