Does anyone have an idea on how a tmobile customer can get this when they have an outdated phone? A year or two someone related to me tried to claim it and it said she HAD to use a tmobile app to get it, not just from the website, and then her phone said it had too old of an OS to even USE the app, so she had no way to even claim it.

well, she's obviously not going to get a new phone within a few days to get this code and her tablet doesn't have cellular.

It doesn't need cellular. Just connect to Wi-Fi and log in to the app on the tablet. It doesn't need to log in from the actual cell line, but just be able to verify that it's your line.

ok I guess I'll get them to try it, but their son pays the bill, so I am not even sure if they know how to log in themselves. lol Hopefully.

Btw, people mentioned that some teams have some separate package you buy to get that team's games. Is that ONLY if you are currently in their blackout area when trying to watch? So for those same teams a person could still use the regular mlb.tv subscription to watch their games when out of state or out of country even if they normally live in the blackout area, right?

I'm talking about for those few teams mlb apparently manages separate subscriptions for or w/e. I know for the other teams you can watch them as long as you're not in the blackout area.

Can someone answer this question for me? So I could get 2 mlb tv subscriptions this way if 2 people use a 55+ t mobile plan right? I will have use for one of them and the other one I can trade it?

So they each go and claim it on their iphone on the t mobile app? I know they each claimed dunkin donuts a while back with it. Is that the same way for them each to claim the mlb tv subscription?

So after they do that, they get a code? So for me to use it, I have to create an mlb account. Then enter this code into it to use it?

Are there any country restrictions on using the mlb tv account in other countries? What about other states? So if you log into your mlb account in another location, let say Boise, Idaho since there is no mlb team there or say Costa Rica, that means there is zero restrictions to when using it?

However, say you are in California, then certain teams are not going to be available?
Does anyone have the answer to this?

So you can claim 2 of these mlb tv subscriptions then because 2 accounts on these 2 t mobile lines?

So you then create an mlb account, then enter this code into it?

So if you are traveling to another state or in another country, does that mean every team is available then? Say Idaho which doesn't have an mlb team or say Costa Rice.

But if you are in California, then you are restricted from certain teams? Anyone know the answer to this? So it doesn't matter where you activate the subscription? It only depends where you are logged into when on mlb.tv?

Local teams are blacked out though right?
Correct but some VPN will allow you to watch your local by choosing different location. I use free version of winscribe last year choosing CA region & was able to watch my local team.
