You might as well buy a futon and a small desk. You'd get the same level of comfort (which isn't much), but significantly more functionality in the same amount of space.

I guess it depends on your needs. My grandaughter spends the night on weekends but doesn't like to sleep alone so a futon, which is usually a single, just doesn't cut it and our blow up mattress is a pain to lug out and take care of every time. This gives a queen bed and smaller depth measurement so it makes more room for the "important" stuff like toys and stuffed animals and Barbies...you know, the necessities Biggrin2

It folds up into the cabinet with the bed.

You've got to be joking. There's nothing Murphy bed about this.

I was just saying that I'd like something like a murphy bed but instead of saving space, it wastes it. This will go perfectly with my dresser that the drawers don't open on and my ladder with no steps

This mess looks about $400 over priced.

So this doesn't come with the mattress? It looks like a box and a peice of wood across the box to make a desk.

I would get this if the price was more reasonable. I already take naps in my home office, might as well have a fold out bed.

My head trauma spider-sense is tingling just looking at that pillow right under the shelf. Guaranteed middle-of-the-night mild concussion right there.
