1.3 gallons is not very big for compost, unless you want to be constantly emptying it.
I got a white plastic bin with a lid at Ikea for compost for under $10.

3 gallon Hallbar is 9.99
But my brother had an extra 2 (or 2.5?)-gallon container for compost the city had given him, and he gave it to me - the bigger size was much better for me, and it has air holes in the lid.
Compost bins usually have air holes so that air will circulate. Otherwise, they will get much smellier.
Qualiacrap is a better quality brand than qualiazero.
