Offers like $50 credit on $200, etc. are random. I have almost all the AMEX cards and rarely get it. But the Platnium Business card has $200 statement credit every 6 months.

yeah i don't like dell's g15 series, they're humongous and clunky, and you would think with all that weight and thickness it would be reasonably cool but nope. runs hot and loud

I didn't know about the Platinum Business card credit. Sounds pretty awesome but is there a huge annual fee for that card?

Yes, it's $695. It's honestly not worth it, imo. I have it for the sign up bonus and kept it an extra year for the retention bonus. But I'll be canceling it this year.

You can probably get this Dell for ~$700 (with 10% discount code and $120 Amex cashback), is the extra $299 worth it? (ram, storage, bigger screen, slimmer/lighter profile, and 1 extra year warranty coverage). Asking for opinions, not sure about build quality, etc
