I don't think I would see the Hyper 212 come on slickdeal again as this model is been like forever. But this is a good price for one if anyone needs it.

Would this be ok for a i7 13700k? I'm ordering parts for a build and looking for a cooler deal.
It would be fine, but I'd personally spend the extra $10-20 and get a modern dual tower cooler like the Peerless Assassin which will be quieter and could potentially give you more thermal headroom.
Or if you're mainly gaming just get a 7800X3D system instead since that processor will take a lot less juice than the i7

I'm going with Intel because I do music production, video editing and streaming and feel like Intel i7 13700k is the best all around setup for what I'm building this PC for. I really have considered the 7800X3D but I'm not as concerned about power consumption as I am about how it works with my productivity software, ableton, adobe, and resolume. Thanks for the suggestion. Also at Microcenter the Intel bundles are only 50 bucks more than the AMD.

$18.90 for "Thermalright Assassin King 120 SE White ARGB" and it has FIVE heat pipes and is rated to 235w of cooling.
Cooler Master is rated between 140w-150w from what I can find on google.
