Upon further review i missed a key point. The Costco Deal has the 4070 super this appears to be 4070.

Appreciate the down vote inspired me to spend another 10 minutes rechecking each part. Next time drop the comment 🤡

Im not finding the costco deal. This deal does appear to have the newer Intel processor and also ddr5.

This costco deal is now oos and the 4070 super is better than this 4070 by roughly $200. The best deal available for similar spec is the Alienware with 1tb and only 16gb ram
