I've had good experiences with Amazon if food is crushed. Never gotten stale but í bet they would still refund.

I got mine from a previous deal earlier today. Expiration says Sept '24 on the box. It's 42 degrees outside right now and when I ate one it was pretty tough to chew. However, I think it's because they're not room temp. If they're still difficult to chew once they get to room temp I'll update this post.

Edit: Now that they're room temp they're perfectly fine.

I just got some last month and they taste great no issues with that whatsoever. But yeah usually when stuff is cheap on Amazon it does kinda expire sooner than I would like.
