Bought this last year. Can't recommend it enough. Two tips:
1 - Intimidated by the bars and lack of steering wheel? Imagine you're driving a shopping cart!
2 - If you have steep slopes on your property take caution as there's only two powered wheels so you can fall down small hills quite easily until you get used to it

There is a version of EGO Z6 with e-steer, which costs $500 more. This one is the lowest price I found for EGO Z6. But still would like to see it in the 3s.

I've had this mower going on for what will be the fourth mowing season coming up. Other than sharpening the blades, some software updates, which can be a little tricky, this mower has been absolutely flawless. I did add two additional 10 amp power batteries. I also bring the batteries inside to store over the winter.

The e-steer one is $1000 more :-\ I can't decide which one I would really want (I've not had a zero turn before so can't decide if I should just go for e-steer since I haven't 'learned' the bars).

I have this zero turn, go for this one. The bars are easy to learn and you will like it a lot more. You steer it like a shopping cart. $4,500 is a good price for this. I cant imagine you will find a better deal on a new one. Check marketplace for a gently used one, but keep in mind there wont be a warranty if they registered it. If it's local ask the seller if they would help you with warranty work if you run into any issues. I bought a used one for $2,500 and it had two hours on it (not registered). Sold it because I sold my lake house and didnt need it anymore. Just bought a new house with an acre and ended up buying another used one.
Before this I bought the ego tractor that just came out and returned it. The zero turn is significantly better.
