If you have access to Perks at Work, it's $1059 plus 12x points. Also, if you have the Amex Lenovo offer, it would take another $100 off. All stacked together, it seems a really sweet deal. Just bought this a few days ago but haven't opened yet.

EDIT: Still available, but down to 9x points for 5 star members
If you happen to be over 55+, you get an extra $60 off using ID.me. Pays for the 64GB upgrade! Verify at Checkout.
Read a 1 star review stating this has the same sleep/wake issue as the Gen 1 model had, guy had 3 replacements and same issue. Then there are 2 reviews about machines shipped without valid Windows OS keys. These AMD P16s seem cursed, they just clearanced out the Gen 1s at $758 on ebay and $808 on lenovos site. There's a general glut of these 'Power' models that can't sell through at standard sale prices.

They're both a YMMV, and unfortunately, I don't have links for them. For amex, I just logged in to check and I can't see the offer now because I've used it. It was a 15% cashback offer capped @ $100 total back on my gold card. And Perks is a membership site you get from your employer, so any link I share from there won't work unless you're logged into my account. Sorry! I'd share them if I could.

I placed this exact order (minus Amex offer) yesterday. Should be delivered on Monday.

I'd max out the RAM config as the RAM modules are soldered. Not Lenovo's fault, but it would be nice if AMD had something like Intel Driver Assistant to enable easy chipset driver update notifications. Might resolve a lot of slow wake from sleep issues I see in the reviews. Lastly, it's sad that AMD laptops still don't ship with Thunderbolt. And yes, there's a difference between that and USB 4.0: https://satechi.net/blogs/usb-4-0...milarities

The 64GB version is $60 more. I was tempted, but this is already pushing my budget and 32GB is double what I have now.

More battery, stick to the 16. Your best bet is to choose a non-4k, non-OLED panel to stretch it further.

Good deal. I really want it. But the display being 60hz keeps me back. Could anyone confirm it's a 60hz refresh rate?

The discussions on Reddit sun about bios issues and bricked mobos turns me off. Though maybe it's bc they are tinkering with it and not disclosing it..
