Man o man, there are some haters on this site. Sub $25 is a good price for this oil. I guess some users think it should be free.

5qts of.Amazon we're 17 couple months ago maybe they are spoiled by that price.... Costco had there's on sale at a similar price... Sure this is probably a little better but by how much.....change interval is more important than brand.....

I've been using this oil in my Subarus for the past 4 years. Not sure why this deal is getting downvoted. Just for reference I bought this back in July for $24.50 so $24.79 for S&S isn't all that bad

It's a mediocre deal at best. Right now, Pennzoil has a $25 rebate on two 5-quart jugs. Costco has their two 5-quart packs for ~$38 (when not on sale). And then there's Walmarts super tech oil for $20-ish - which has tested to be of equal quality to the top tier name brands.

Exceeds Dexos1 Gen3, all you need to know. Definitely worth the extra few bucks, in for 2 for a pair of NA 2.5L's.

It says 10k miles protection but doesn't say anything about longer time interval between oil change. I drive only about 2000 miles per year. Anyone know of oil that doesn't need to be changed every 6 months?

With full synthetic oils I change mine annually. All my cars see less than 4k miles a year.

Thank you for replying! That's what I do too. I also use full synthetic oil. The oil is very dark when I change it once a year, but I heard it's not that bad for engine because it's just aged oil, not dirty oil.

After finding out about oil extractor pump tool, I plan to change oil more frequently. But I will still only change the filter every 5k mile or so.

They are like unicorn tears.

I got one like 8 years ago when advance Auto had clearance on Rotella Gas Truck....

Every other time I've been denied.

I have probably done 5 Pennzoil rebates over the years… Only one gave me trouble. When I emailed support, I eventually received the rebate. In fact, the current rebate that I did was submitted, processed and I received the gift card all within 3 weeks. I have read about others not having great luck with their rebate. Not sure why.
