I checked my order history. Must have been dreaming when they came out to less than $1/can literally last month.

Actually very common to see $1 a can or close to it. Just looking through my Amazon order history for the past few months:

Last month, $10.74 before tax for 15 pack.
December 2023, $14.42 before tax.
November 2023, $15.05.
October 2023, $13.25.
September 2023, $13.74.
August 2023, $14.61.
