This is a great deal for bicycle tires! Last time they had this promotion, I bought a pair of Michelin Protek Cross 700c Tire 700 x 35mm e-bike tires (https://www.biketiresdirect.com/p...-700c-tire) for a net cost of ~$10. Very happy!

Selected that and first 2 boxes show 'Online', than 3rd box it tells you to choose 'Other' if your retailer isn't on list, but there is no 'Other'! They need to update/correct the form, otherwise you could get rejected.

Did you buy from BikeTiresDirect? If so, were you able to complete form? I use the Firefox browser and sometimes sites get weird on it...

When you select ONLINE in state field the third dropdown is fixed list of online retailers, not including biketiresdirect. When selection 02-ONLINE as state, it works fine as all options then default to 02-ONLINE

Or it is also possible to select your state in first and then ONLINE in the next 2 dropdowns

It's confusing - if you choose '02-ONLINE', all 3 boxes show '02-ONLINE' but if you choose 'ONLINE' in first box (which is listed down between OK and OR in drop down menu) like they tell you to do, you won't have option for 'OTHER' in third box. They need to fix form or clarify - I'll call them tomorrow and update this after speaking with them.

I've been looking at these too. A bit concerned that they are less than $40 before tax. Although I didn't find anything in the terms that would mention that the total needs to be before tax.

I was worried about that too. I'm not too sure. But the T&C doesn't mention anything about minimum purchase. Also the exact tire name shows up as accepted in T&C. Will update on status of rebate when it gets processed.

They fixed it or it works for me in Chrome. Just submitted, and first box selected online made them all change to online.

For some reason the first time I tried to submit my form it looked like it worked but when I went to check the claim there wasn't a pending one.
I turned off my adblocker and re-submitted, this time it worked, not sure if the adblocker was the problem.

I'd definitely go back and check to make sure it worked if you didn't. It should be in the "My Rewards" tab as a "processing" claim.

The rep I spoke with didn't seem to care what is chosen because she said they'll look at the receipt you attach if there was any issue.

How did you bypass $50 min for free shipping? I had the Michelin City 28C. About 8000 miles at the rear. Major weakness was the steel bead separating from the tire. Don't know if Protek Max or Protek Cross Max will last longer.
