My advice. Buy unflavored and add what you want. I dislike all the artificial flavor and sweetener crap. A little frozen fruit, some OJ and a big scoop of unflavored blended makes a quick delicious smoothie.

Some thought behind this is absorption is better with isolate.
I avoid concentrate for this reason. Dairy is hard enough to digest, when you concentrate whey you add another degree of difficulty for your body.
Isolate or bust.
Is isolate easier on the stomach if you have lactose issues, yes.
Is isolate a better protein to calorie ratio, yes.
However, if you can tolerate whey, and your diet affords the few extra calories (and it is just a few), Regular whey tends to be a better price per gram of protein.
