This is an actual baked mix of dates/egg whites/almonds.
Think of it as the highest protein to lowest calorie nature bar with all natural ingredients.
I live off protein bars, having one a day that isnt full of so much synthetic stuff and gets the bulk of its protein from actual egg whites is good.
