I purchased a plan off Tello to get a phone number (didn't want to use my existing GVoice #) for about $7 after tax, ordered the phone off the BB website, picked it up this morning, and called to cancel service with AT&T. Logging into my AT&T account shows cancelled. easy peasy. thanks OP!
Does the 3-day window to cancel begin after I pick it up? Or does it happen before that?

For the best buy part, I just did it all online in the checkout screen. Didn't even have to speak anyone in store besides the guy at the pick up desk who grabbed the phone, scanned a few things and I was on my way out.
