Especially when the baril will hit $150!
Not everyone have the same amount of snow to throw, so this could be very convenient for some people

Not good product or support. I got a hybrid that wouldn't work on battery. They gave me a loaner replacement non hybrid since no stock. Never got replacement and loaner died in a couple years.

had this one. In NY. i was being cheap lol.
the cord is annoying but work for 3-4 inches of light fluffy snow (might as well shovel).
i gave it away and got a gas dual stage.

I had this and returned it after the first use. It had a hard time with 2 inches of snow and the extension cord was a pain to maneuver around since it was cold and stiff.

I got this same model and it works great for small areas!! Also when you get the early or late snow fall and the blower isn't on the tractor.

I have beat the crap out of mine and it still keeps on tickin'. I've cleared feet of snow (rare) from the long walkway and just keep smashing it against the snow until it's all gone. I've yet to stall it or make it overheat.

I have a two-stage gas powered ariens for the driveway.

I got this blower and it broke first time I used it. Then I got a refund and was allowed to keep it and modded it a bit so the top doesn't flap off. This thing just sucks. Unless you're older and on your last days you might as well shovel instead of pulling this thing out.

I bought this last year and returned it a few days later it didn't have enough power it also was pretty slow I wouldn't recommend using this for this price they are far better options out there gas power pretty much the way to go these days

Extension cords behave differently in cold weather. SJTW is the most common, and the cheapest, and the T means it uses thermoplastic insulation that stiffens up in the cold. Look for other ratings like SOOW, SJEOW, or SJEOOW, which are rubberized and stay flexible. https://nassaunationalcable.com/b...e-so-cords

comparing a battery powered to an electric is apples to oranges.

I have two electric units and after years (6+) of one reliably working.. the switch went out. So until i replace it... im using the other. While its not a gas powered unit, its light and easy to use. I have a second as a back up and in Utah its quite useful.
