I believe that's not what you're supposed to be playing the guitar with.

So you mean the junior is just smaller with the same electronics as this but better suit small players? (I am tiny)
Yes, same electronics. Bigsby differs between them (B60 on this guitar vs. B50 on the Junior.) I suspect the Junior would probably feel better to you.

Thanks for that information. Spoke with a friend yesterday also he refrain me from buying it also. Maybe I will have to look over the discounted price.

I have this guitar.. paid about $20 more for it on a previous sale. It's great. It was a bear to keep in tune at first but I figured it out after researching. 1. Use graphite lube or "nut sauce" under the strings where it meets the nut, and 2. Replace the spring with the Reverend soft spring. I also upgraded the tuners with the d'adderio locking tuners just because I like them and they are a direct fit on this model. Enjoy!

Mind linking the locking tuners you used? That's my major concern with this, is that it won't stay in tune very well.

Yes, my mistake. The full hollows (I have one of them too) have the B60 while these semi-hollows (centerblocks) have B70s. How do they differ? The 70 has the additional so-called" pressure bar."

Last time I ordered a Gretsch from them, I had to return it. It was missing paint chips on the body. Return was easy, but that was disappointing.

This one is $20 less than last time. Not sure if I want to take a chance again.

My paint chips were hiding at the bottom under some packaging, you may have just not seen yours! 👀 Gotta double check

is this the cheapest this guitar has been? I think so. The Bigsby alone is like $100. If I needed a new guitar I would buy this but I have too many already.

How do you have to many guitars?

Yeah... I am not gluing them back on. It's a damaged guitar at that point, it went back.

This new one will be here Friday. Hoping for a better one this time!

If this guitar has intonation issues at that retail price I'm gonna be pissed

Buyer beware: I ordered a different brownstone model that was supposed to have the Bigsby and P90s, and they sent me one that did not contain a Bigsby on it. After 3 weeks of back and forth of sending them pictures and the serial number, they came back and said they received confirmation from Fender that the model I received does have a Bigsby. It 100% does not. I have had no issues with Adorama in the past with a couple high price items I got from them, but their customer service was terrible in this case.

Mine arrived today. Thankfully, this one was good to go paint wise, unlike my last order. Already have the replacement spring, and just ordered D'Addario locking tuners which will hopefully keep this baby in tune.

For under $325 after all is said and done, can't beat it price wise Smilie
