How's your wifi signal? Mine dropped connection occasionally before I installed a new WiFi booster. Haven't had an issue since. But before it would occasionally disconnect even though it had like 4 bars. Pickup a cheap router from goodwill and use it in repeater mode and it should fix your issue
I noticed the same thing about Wi-Fi.i have few Eufy cams and they connect with no issue with my mesh system. This cam takes longer to connect and watch videos. Maybe few firmware updates will solve the issue, who knows

It has rtsp
Can it do 2K over rtsp? I have a C110 and later found out that it can only do 1080 over rtsp.

2k over RTSP works fine, but like all Tapo cameras, the bitrate is so poor that you're best off running at 1080p.

Anyone know the main differences between this and the Wyze V3 with SD card. Don't want to pay any monthly subscriptions so I'm trying to see which features each has with just the SD card. Gets so confusing

Does anyone know the difference between this and the Tapo C320WS, aside from appearance? Both are advertised as outdoor cameras with starlight sensors

The AI is different. This one puts a box over what's detected. This also has 2 IR modes

For Wyze Cam v3, without paying for any plan, it can't be use to trigger routine for Alexa. And only can do motion detection notification(not Alexa routine trigger) without any plan.

While for most newer TP-Link Kasa/Tapo camera, it can do motion trigger for Alexa routine and separately can do person motion trigger for Alexa routine. And some newer one can set separate detection zone for motion detection and person detection. So you can setup person detection for the whole camera view (to trigger certain routines) and motion detection (like just close by your home) to avoid too many motion detection notification(and can trigger different set of Alexa routines). And you don't have to sign up for any plan to use those features. Examples, can motion trigger things (like trigger Alexa routines to turn on smart device or smart switch(with light connect to it), etc) without any paid plan. Even if you are not home, you can have the motion trigger to turn on your living room light (and/or turn on loud music in bedroom for xxx mins, etc) when someone walking around your driveway/house so people may think you are home. Can announce someone detected on security camera on any Alexa/Echo devices or do anything Alexa routine action can do.

Can I watch this live from a computer without extra payment/subscription? Would like to have a baby monitor I can look at when I go back to work
