Polyester is what you want on any fabric if you want it to been comfortable, breathable, and wick off moisture to dry quickly. Nobody wants some nasty %100 cotton material holding on to so the moisture.

Just an fyi, use an actual credible source, not some random company you somewhat like or was the first article you found that agreed with your ideas. Find some peer reviewed research or scholarly article documenting the safety of polyester or lack thereof. I know nothing about this topic, but I can tell you this random beanbag company doesn't actually know or care about the safety of polyester, they are just trying to sell their own products.
