FWIW when I tried it said it was for new members only and I wasn't eligible.

Edit: I just checked my bank to see if they offer the world cards and they do. Better benefits and still no annual fee, so I will be calling them Monday to get the new card.

Probably, but keep in mind the chase benefit ends July 31 (no extension has been announced AFAIK)
I'd be surprised if Chase didn't *either* extend this or substitute in another benefit, but until then I'm gonna hold off on upgrading my Sapphire Preferred to the Reserve.
