One Thousand (1,000) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of a $10 prepaid card.

You are 100% correct, this company is blocking IP's now. I tried on my cell network and it works, as soon as I switch to my home network it's blocked. Another crap promotions administrator blocking people when there is no limit in the rules, I never won anything so I don't even fall into the 1 win per week rule.
