Nice deal! Silly question... The SSS set comes in 3. Are all 3 pickups identical? Could I use two in one guitar and the remaining in a separate guitar?

(Eg. Neck and bridge on one guitar and neck on another guitar?)

I have 2 of these in my Frankenstrat I built in 1992. Still the best sounding pickups Ive ever had. Not sure if these sound the same as my old school ones. If so I'm tempted to buy this set.

Red-blue-silver have different specs and are intended to be used in specific positions, but there's nothing saying you can't put whichever pickup in whatever position in whatever guitar you prefer.

In the Gold-gold-gold set, all three pickups are identical. Not sure if that is part of the sale/deal.

I had golds in my strat. came stock in my 93 start plus. replaced them with Fat 50s.

it was like playing through a cheap solid state amp.

I put a single coil blue in the neck position of my highway one tele and a single coil red in the bridge position. Didn't need to route anything but need a different pick guard if you put one in the neck position. My favorite guitar, pickups sound great.

Good deal on some of the best pickups in the game, even better if you have points to spend. Note that OP's search is for "Lace sensor", so a few of the humbuckers don't show up but are also on sale.

Just to clarify... it was like playing through a cheap solid state amp BEFORE or AFTER you replaced the LS golds with Fat 50s?

Before. With the FLS golds. Now sounds great with the 50s.

It depends on which set you buy.Some are all gold and some sets gold,silver,red.
