These things are nasty You're better off just gargling with salt water this actually made my throat feel worse for some reason I'd rather have nothing than to suck on one of these nasty things
This brand was great last time I had a bad sore throat, but stay away from the sugar free version. Flavor was so horrible that I thought I got a bad batch.
