These, however, terrify me.

I had high expectations for this but it fell a bit short. I have carpel tunnel syndrome so I thought 90 bucks was worth it to save my hands.
The downsides is that can't get into tight spaces. You normally put the bottom part of the pruner against the branch but with this, sometimes it's not possible when another branch is nearby. Sometimes with hand pruners, you flip it to get a closer cut, it's kind of hard to do it with this.
When I cut my bigger peach branches, sometimes it wasn't a clean cut, it would peel the bark. Cutting again wouldn't cut it sometimes. From the factory, I notice my blade wasn't as sharp as other pruners. I can run my fingers along it and I don't feel a sharp edge. I think this might be due to it being so powerful that they can't have a small edge that might roll.
I'm still on the fence with this. I think it's useful if you have big trees where the cuts aren't so crowded. Or if you gave tons of trees and don't care about the perfect cut.
