I came across an ad on firestick for Michelin advertising March Madness. If you watch the short video, it will give you a free $5 Prime video credit.

Usually with these it is either in the ad scroll at the very top the Home Screen or you wait until the screensaver turns on. Check your settings for "ads on" and "screensaver on after five minutes". Also, keep an eye out for a Subway ad that is giving a $5 video credit

I didn't see the Michelin ad but I did see a Sensodyne toothpaste ad that also have me a $5 video credit once I watch its short commercial.
