As a second not it also may contain peanuts for people like me with peanut allergies. It's so hard to find affordable nut free protein and fiber bars smh

To add to the list of ingredients people might want to watch out for, it has chicory root fiber, AKA inulin. Not everyone's gut is sensitive to it, but if you are, you'll soon find out (as will everyone in the same room as you).

Anyone ever open one of these and keep it 100% intact? I swear the packaging makes it impossible to open without breaking off a corner or so lol

seed oils,sugar,dextrose, bleached wheat flour , better living through carbs and chemicals...in other words...processed same old same old. Enjoy!!
