Solid advice, also check if you live near one of the 3 (?) Samsung stores in the states. They do the trade in immediately.

I literally drove 30 minutes to another city to do that. And the guy basically did the same thing everyone says on every board. It worked for a little bit and went back to having the same issues again.
Like I said, I work in schools. Kids abuse their Chromebooks, drink by it, throw it around, the ports all charge easily. I do it in multiple classrooms everyday. Why the heck does a phone have so many issues charging? It's almost like it's intentional.
I never see the Iphones having problems charging either. I have seen many teachers with wireless Samsung chargers that have them. I think that speaks volumes.

FWIW, I've had half a dozen Samsung phones, with zero charging problems including S24plus
