These are pretty good, the basic flavor is good, but for me they were a little sweet. The total grams of sugars equals the grams of fat AND protein - 9 grams per serving. 30 years I would have gotten these, but these days I am trying to keep the "pre-" in prediabetes.

Just sharing my experience. I usually buy them in Costco and they're in fresh condition. There was one time that I purchased it from Amazon and I ended up getting a stale one. Beware that there's a possibility you might end up with a not so fresh unit from Amazon.

No, I didn't throw it away. I ended up boiling it with my instant noodle, lol.

Good price, I get these from Costco for around $11 a bag. These ones are soft and tender but on the sweeter side and not spicy at all.

Costco one seems to be 14.5 oz so cheaper in the warehouse there if we're going by per ounce?

This is a better deal than Costco. With 15% SS, this winds up being about $.27 cheaper per ounce vs $10 a bag at Costco when it's on sale. Buy this one with the 15% SS

For what it's worth, I get the Costco bag and it takes me about 2-3 weeks to finish it. By the time I'm at the end, the meat is much tougher than a fresh bag even though I keep it sealed. The smaller bags are better unless you're sharing.

Hadn't considered that but it's the truth. I like this jerky a lot but I am same way. Usually finishing the bag after a few weeks and end up tossing it as it gets hard/tough. This is a better option for me

Refrigerating after opening keeps jerky fresh(er) for a considerable amount of time, at least a month for me.

This sounds interesting to try adding to ramen, never cooked/boiled jerky before...

Sometimes I chop this stuff up in thin slices and eat it with rice or roll it up into an Asian burrito with soy wraps
