This brand is low quality in general from things I've purchased some years ago, assuming it's even worse now like everything else is these days. Very thin, losing threads, cheap looking/feeling. I've had Alfani shoes I wore 3/4 times before the black material looked faded like I had walked through snow. This price is maybe what it's worth but it's a throwaway item and I don't personally shop like that. I would also take big box reviews with a huge grain of salt. Here is an obviously fake or brought 5-star review I randomly chose - "What a Bargain!!!
I received this name brand sweater at a great sale price. It looks good and fits well." Yea totally real lol

I totally second Cockerspaniel312's comment. Alfani products are poor quality products in general. They are not what they used to be 10 years ago. I started my first white collar job in 2014 and bought bunch of Alfani dress shirts to wear to my office. They were good and lasted for 3-4 years. Now I like to wear polo shirts to my job, so I bought 3 Alfani ones. All of them are thin & loosing thread just like they mentioned. Horriblly cheap looking. It happened after the very first wash.

Talking about this jacket, I bought the exact same color as in the pic (Twill combo). It looks good in the pic but in person, it looks like a white jacket that has never been washed since I bought it. For $8, you can give it a try but keep in mind, it's a final sale.
