I absolutely love candy and Sweet Tarts in general, but one thing I appreciate about these ropes that keeps me coming back is the fact that it's one of the few candies that does not use artificial food coloring. Wish more candy makers would adopt this method.

Agreed. Anyone with a child, who doesn't mind giving them an occasional treat, appreciates that fact. My grandson acts like a caged orangutan if given anything with red dye. I'm as skeptical as anyone about over-fear in chemicals but I've seen this one in action.
