Is this a gaming laptop? I just need something basic for WP, net, email, etc. BUT it needs to have very good screen, upgradable memory, decent processor and no bigger than 16" (preferably) smaller.

Yes. This is probably not what you want. This will be unnecessarily bulky for you too.
It was at the same price in amazon like a month ago i was about to pull the trigger but i read the specs it's too bulky and heavy and the charger the same way so i prefer to wait a little bit

So do you even need a graphics card?
Cause the Asus from yesterday was an all around great machine for $1K but it might be overkill for your use case.

Its the G - Line for Dell, its not made to be super sleek and portable, that line up has always been about bang for your buck for gaming, while looking semi cool.
You want the higher end line ups if your looking for light weight and portability, like alienware from dell.
I just ordered a "ASUS VivoBook Pro 16 Laptop, 16" Display, Intel Core i9-13900H CPU, NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX™ 4060 GPU, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 Home, Quiet Blue, K6602VV-AS96" on amazon warehouse deals for 900 dollars including taxes..
should i keep that or switch to this one? Which model is better?

You have a i9 which to my understanding is a later generation then the ryzen 7. Also Intel usually comes at more of a premium then AMD processor. I would say yours is the better deal. Do you have a link to the Amazon warehouse deal?
