Leaving a comment from this exact laptop. I purchased it 2 weeks ago new for around $2100. So far performance is incredible. I came from an Asus Zephyrus with a 3080 and this M16 runs circles around it. A few things of note though, no HDR on the display (which is wild on a $2k plus systems), the power brick is freaking massive and the laptop is definitely a desktop replacement more than something you'd wanna pack around. The 15" Zephyrus was so tiny by comparison.

I just dropped two 16gb ram sticks in it today to bring it up to 32gb as the 16gb that comes from the factory seemed to be creating a bottleneck in more intense games. On that note, I'm getting 100+ FPS with everything maxxed at 2k on just about every game I've thrown at it so far (CP2077, MW3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Far Cry 6, etc...). Oh it also has 3 total m.2 slots which is great for keeping a large volume of games installed at all times.

Really wish it had HDR, if so, it would be my GOAT laptop. Even without it, the display is pretty damn good but the 300 nits may be a little low for some people. Overall I think if you're someone willing to accept the few issues I've pointed out above, you can't really find a better laptop in this price range, especially with the open box option.

How are the noise levels on this machine -- does it run quiet if you are not engaging the GPU? Thanks.
