Anyone try the promo code on a different iPhone? Would like a Pro model for the better zoom camera...don't care if it's a 15 or 14.
The code I have is specific to an iPhone 15 (not the pro). It confused me for a while because I was trying the pro model and not seeing the discount. Applying the coupon brings the phone cost for an iPhone 15 (regular) down to $417 spread out across 24 months. I believe you could just pay off the cost and get essentially a 50% discount on the phone.
I get this message when I try to upgrade an existing line.
"You're over the total number of lines available to you. A line is needed for each device added to your plan. You'll need to remove one or more devices from your cart to continue.
Up to 5 lines on device payment plans
1 in cart
2 existing (includes lines for recent device orders and preorders)
Up to 3 total available lines

14 existing
Anyone know what I need to do? I have a total of 7 lines with XM, 2 are remaining on device payments.
You can call XM to order the phone. It seems ordering thru CS doesn't have the same issue. He didn't know (or want to explain) why we're getting that error when ordering online. Seems they get commission when we place the order over the phone.
